GREAT LOCATION! READY ASAP. l live in a beautiful clean well kept (old) Queenslander with a big yard and a spacious out front balcony. The house is spacious and homey with air conditioning in the lounge room.

Super central to everything, 5 minute walk to the Kangaroo Point Cliffs and a 5 minute drive to fortitude valley and the rest of the city.

The house has heaps of under house storage ( on stilts ) as well as generous storage in the bathroom and kitchen. Large backyard is a huge plus for inner city living, with room to plant veggies and flowers if you have a green thumb.

Utmost importance is somebody who is very clean, the house is always well kept and keeping it to that standard is a non-negotiable.

The room has build in wardrobe and a nice size window and easily fits a bed, wardrobe and desk/

The house vibe is very relaxed. I would like to live with somebody who wants to become friends (eg having a drink, playing a game, going for a walk together ect) but also respectful of each-others space and time as I love alone time.

I'm looking for an open minded, respectful, fun and responsible person.

I'm on an ongoing periodic lease so I cant offer a 6 month contract however feel comforted in knowing I have been on a periodic lease for7 years now without issue.
