We have a granny flat in Bundoora in our backyard!
- near Bundoora square so right by shops
- 600m from the tram stop that goes to the city/ goes by La Trobe Uni just minutes away
- Heaps of on street parking
- The house is located in a court so very quiet, chill and safe
- One large bedroom with built in closet
- Small kitchen with dining area
- 1 bathroom
- We own a pet dog so you’d have to be okay with her as she’s always in the backyard (bulldog, not yappy, very friendly)
- Comes with fridge, microwave toaster and kettle
- Split system aircon
It’s a self contained flat away from the house so you’ll have your own personal space however me and my partner who live in house are social people so we would definitely prefer someone who’s friendly and have a little chat every once in a while. We are in our early 30s no kids.
It’s an older kind of place with a small kitchen however I just freshly painted it.
$350 for a single or $400 for a couple including all bills (wifi, electricity, water)
