You will have you own private self contained 2 bedroom granny flat with own lounge room, bathroom, kitchenette and balcony that overlooks beautiful rolling green hills. The furniture in the pictures is not included, but the flat can be partly furnished if required. The granny flat has been recently fully renovated so has brand new carpet, fresh paint and all new finishes.
We are looking for someone who is employed, mature, respectful, considerate and lives a fairly quiet lifestyle. Couples welcome.
The granny flat has a kitchenette but no inbuilt stove top or oven. There is however an induction/electric stove plate and air fryer. You can choose to purchase one of those mini ovens also but just wanted to put that out there as it may not be ideal for those who love to bake.

Rent for the granny flat is $450. To cover all bills including internet we’ll have a flat rate bill charge on top of $70 per week for couples or $50 for one person.
