Enjoy your own private entrance, along with a modern bathroom (shower, basin, toilet) and a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, air fryer, sandwich press, and all the essentials like plates, cutlery, and cookware.

The space is thoughtfully furnished with ample storage (drawers, cupboards, and hanging rail), a large flat screen TV with streaming access, and air-conditioning and a fan to keep you comfortable year-round. All utilities are included in the rent.

While compact, the space is ideal for someone who values simplicity and serenity. Please note:

* This is a single occupancy only (no couples)

* Best suited to someone who does not work from home

* No overnight visitors

* No laundry facilities (FOAM laundry nearby and use of our clothesline is welcome)

* Bus stop at the end of the street to Bondi Junction / City, or 10 minutes walk to bus stops at the beach.

* Street parking available

We share our home with a friendly Japanese Spitz who enjoys time in the courtyard and is quiet and well-behaved.

We’re ideally seeking someone for a minimum 2–3 month stay, with the option to extend for the right fit.
