The Property 🏡
A granny flat/self contained studio situated in the backyard of a renovated 5BR+study sharehouse in the heart of Leichhardt.

Our sharedhome is provided by BubbL. In addition to letting us pick our own housemates, we get heaps of perks through them including discounts across various brands and outlets, groceries, dining and experiences, free shared streaming services etc. Fortnightly cleaning*, regular lawn maintenance** also included so no chore wheels and it’s one less headache.

Oh! Did we mention we are visitor friendly? We are no regular party house but we do like to entertain our friends occasionally.
We consider this to be our home take pride in our living space and not just a place to rest our head so we are looking for a cool soul who shares those values and to become friends with as well, not just another tenant. But we also respect personal space and expect the same when needed. House is fully furnished, You’re most welcome to contribute with decor if you like.
