About the flatmates
We are an older 50+ couple. Quiet and extremely fussy about a clean home. We are looking for an older person who is the same. You must love dogs as we have two small doggos. You will be expected to do you share of chores in common areas and keep your room immaculate. As room is fully furnished there isnt room for additional furniture. Please note there is no room for any storage of items that wont fit into the existing wardrobe and drawers. In addition, we would like a person who understands utility costs and who will be mindful of their usage. Rent includes utilities, however will be increased if they rise significantly. Happy to share the odd meal, however the expectation is you will be self sufficient.
