I'm Dave, I work full time as a professional researcher at uni. I live with my old dog Gus who everyone falls in love with.
Recently renovated my home. 3 min walk to bus stop, shops close by too.
Just looking for someone respectful, clean, considerate, quiet at the right times. I'm pretty easy going, so someone similar would be good.
Apart from the room, there is a large outdoor deck for relaxing. And you will essentially have a bathroom to yourself as I use the en suite.
