We have a space available in a spacious, calm home and are looking for a working professional, FIFO worker, or mature flatmate who values a relaxed and respectful living environment.

It’s not a typical “room-only” setup. You’d have your own separate private living area plus a decent sized bedroom.

The house is settled, respectful, and generally quiet with a good balance of privacy. Everyone has their own space, with conversation happening naturally rather than by obligation. The house isn’t a social hub or crash-pad, so if you’re looking for a place where friends regularly stay over or people come and go, it may not be the right fit.

We’re after someone respectful and easy to live with rather than anything too formal. We value a home where people can be independent yet engaged if they choose. Ideal if you want a peaceful place to unwind after work rather than a party house.
