About the property
A calm, spacious, clean and light filled home. Both bedrooms available are light and airy, have ceiling fans, and spacious closets. Furnishings negotiable. Only 7mins walk to nearest bus stop and 3 mins drive to train station.
Rest of the home is fully furnished with plenty of space in lounge and dining with reverse cycle a/c and two fans, and a well sized kitchen. This 3 bedroom home has two toilets (one separate toilet) plus a bathtub to relax in + separate laundry area with washing machine. My office set up is in the lounge area but happy for flatmate to use the area as you please as long as you're relatively quiet during business hours (e.g. using headphones for music etc). There's a big garden that you're welcome to just enjoy or if keen, grow your own plants or help me. Under house storage area for shared use. Would love to share my home with fun, considerate and very clean flatmates.

About the flatmates
I love a very clean, fun and calm home. Enjoy spending time in nature, gardening, indoor climbing, playing board games, dancing, watching movies etc. I work from home regularly. For now, you'll be sharing the home with me but eventually looking to get flatmates for both spare bedrooms.
