Our European style home well appointed with traditional decorations and features and gardens. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances, plates and cutlery for guests to use. There are 2 washing machines and 3 sets of washing lines. The guest bathroom is cleaned weekly. Guest rooms are cleaned weekly or at your request. The living room is large for entertaining your close friends and each guest has their own refrigerator and pantry space. Rice, toilet paper and tissue boxes are supplies to guests. The guest house is 200m walking distance to essential shops, post office, doctors, bubble tea and coffee shops, grocery shops, the bus stop, a range of restaurants and cafes, and 400m to the train station, with buses going into the city and Garden City shopping centre every 15 minutes. The house also backs onto a picnic and bbq grounds park, where you can enjoy the basketball half court, swings, bike tracks and walking tracks, and play some badminton. The neighborhood is friendly, safe and engaging.
