About the flatmates
Married couple looking for a reliable and respectful housemate to share our well-maintained home. This arrangement would suit a professional or mature individual who values a clean, calm, and considerate living environment.
The unfurnished room is located downstairs, providing added privacy. The bathroom and shared living areas are located upstairs and are easily accessible. The bathroom is primarily for your use and is only shared occasionally with guests. All shared spaces are maintained to a high standard.
Rent is $210 per week (subject to increase with the lease renewal in Mar-Apr), with utilities shared (electricity, water and gas) We don’t currently have internet. The successful applicant will be willing to go on the lease, with a legitimate rental contract in place. We are ideally seeking a stable, long-term housemate who is responsible and reliable.
We are open to pets. While we do not currently have any, the property includes a fully fenced yard, subject to landlord approval and pet suitability.
We value open communication, mutual respect, and a peaceful, drama-free household. The right person will treat the home with care and respect it as their own.
