The room would suit a female Student or someone working full time. The costs includes electricity, gas, water, foxtel, internet as well as most meals!
We are in a great location. 5 - 10 minutes by bus to UQ, 10 minutes by bus to the City, near local shops, and we are close to both Indooroopilly and Toowong Shopping Centres. Lovely, quiet and no traffic or train noise.
