This is a lovely large, secure and comfortable 3 br 2 bathroom place that’s FF with 2 internal living spaces, a great back deck and a beautiful garden. You will share with 1 female only (me!) and a very pretty Labrador who loves belly rubs and treats.

The house has ducted heating as well as a slow combustion fire, and electric reverse cycle so air con in summer. There are also ceiling fans. The kitchen has it all inc gas cooking and a dishwasher.

Your room is a large bedroom at the front of the house, with your own bathroom (with a bath!) and toilet.

My room and bathroom are in the rear extension and there is a lot of privacy.

The FF room is available for short term stays up to 6 months max and the rate includes internet and utility bills. Also inclusive of bedding, pillows, linen and towels if needed. I’m very flexible as this is my home so if there is something specific you need please ask.

Fisher is in the Weston Creek area which is close to everywhere about 20 minutes by car to the airport or ANU. Both Woden town centre and the local Cooleman Court shopping centre are 5-10 minutes by car or public transport. The bus stop is very close to the house and there is off street parking.
