Leisure time sports centre and dog walking paths; all within a 5 minute walk from the property. Only a 10 minute drive into the city centre and a 5 minute drive to get onto the Ring Road.
Both rooms have OWN allocated private bathrooms.

My professional work is extremely demanding and I travel a lot away from home. You are more than likely to experience the privacy of the entire home due to my work commitments.. That's why I am searching for respectful, genuine and trustworthy flatmates who will enjoy the peace and ambience the property has to offer but also who will take care of my place as if it was their own.
I have x3 bedrooms on offer. Bedroom 1 has a walk in robe, ensuite and built in desk/dressing table. $300 (excluding bills) per week.
Bedroom 2 has a mirrored wardrobe and shared main bathroom for your personal use. $250 (excluding bills) per week . Flexibility allowed furnished or unfurnished as desired.
Off street parking available and on site parking available.
