Pool in the complex, air conditioning downstairs although I find I don't need to use it very often as my house gets a great breeze. The room has a ceiling fan. Netflix and internet available, also close to the Boathouse Tavern, Westfield Coomera and Coomera Train Station. There is also a bus station out the front of the complex.

About the flatmates
Mum of a 11 year old son with 2 dogs (cavoodle and mini poodle) I work full time from home Monday to Friday and enjoy quiet nights.
My son goes to his dad’s every second weekend. I will then catch up with friends however I do like some time to myself as it can get busy through the week so just chill and watch Netflix.
Over the weekend we will be out fishing, at the park or catching up with friends.
I like to enjoy a wine every now and then but not a huge drinker.
Looking for someone who works full time, is quiet and respectful.
Must be clean and tidy and look after the place like it were their own.
Absolutely NO smoking in or around the complex.
Don’t be discouraged by my two dogs too much as they do bark until they get to know you. But treats and chicken help.
