We’re looking for the right person to rent a private master suite in our modern luxury townhouse in Camberwell.

This isn’t a standard share house.
You’ll have your own entire level (Level 2), completely private and separate from the rest of the home.

Your private space includes:

• Lift access directly from the garage to your level or ground level to your private floor.
• Option for private entry via
garage → lift → your floor
• Large master bedroom, fully furnished (or can be left unfurnished if preferred)
• large luxury Walk-in wardrobe
• Large Ensuite bathroom with double vanity, bathtub and shower
• Private balcony
• Reverse-cycle air conditioning
• High ceilings and polished floorboards

About us:
You’ll be living with my wife and our young child, who live on Level 1 only.
We don’t access Level 2, so you’ll have full privacy.

Walk to cafés, restaurants, shops, trains and trams.

Rent: $580 per week – ALL bills included
(Electricity, gas, water, internet and Netflix)

Secure garage parking available as an optional upgrade.

Preference for a female housemate.
