Rent: 1 month advance notice if you leave for any reason, less than 1 month notice will forfeit your deposit and you will need to pay the rest of time/what is left in the contract. Or find someone to replace you.
2wks minimum notice to terminate lease by owner for any reason. Strictly no sleep overs.

1st room is $300/week including all bills; 1,300 per month.

2nd room :(Rent $280 plus $50 for all bills (electricity, water, gas, internet, etc) = $330 per week. but be considerate & conserve energy.

Total: 1, 430 per month including bills (for 1 person in 1 room)

Bond: 500

Bond plus 1 month paid upfront.
Then after 2 wks, start paying for 1/2 month rent ($715 every 2 weeks) - so that you are always ahead of payment.

Minimum stay: 3 months

It’s $430/week including all bills and use of furnishings. (For 2 people/couple)

(Initial payment: Bond of $500 plus 1 month payment) and then pay every 2 weeks which is $931 every 2 weeks, so you’re always paid 2 weeks in advance).
