💟 The house is close to Sanctuary Lakes central with only 5mins driving and 20mins walking. You also can easily access other local facilities, malls and shopping centres. There is a plenty of restaurants, beauty services and Pilates studios.
📚15mins driving to Victoria University Werribee Campus. And 25mins driving to Victoria University Footscray Campus.
🌳The house is surrounded by local parks, restaurants, shopping malls, schools, tennis/golf court, beaches, beautiful landscape and other essential accesses.

❣️You will access one spacious bathroom with two seperate toilets, and share them with maximum 3 girls or even less!!!

🐶Unfortunately our home cannot have any dog or cat (small pets could be considered, like turtle or fishes), since one of our housemates has a very serious allergy to furry animals.

These are just few things I would like you to understand that our house is strictly non-smoking 🚭 (you can smoke outside, but not inside the house nor in the garden) and non-party, to maintain a peaceful and calm harmony for all our housemates 🩵
Besides, as I prefer a peaceful and cosy living space, there is strictly no drama or conflict. I value respectful and mutual conversations 🐰
