• Most of us work PM shift, so ideally the new housemate works day shift for a quiet environment.

• I have an IT background and currently work full-time as a Production Manager on PM shift. You might not see me often if you work days.
• My nephew is a student and also working part-time.
• We value cleanliness, good manners, and mutual respect.
• We are friendly and sometimes enjoy charcoal BBQ on weekends together.
• Usually 2 people share one fridge — we currently have 3 fridges + 1 extra freezer in the garage.

About the flatmates
Hi there,
We are looking for tidy person who is working and sharing with us in a new beautiful refurbished room. This new flatmate should ideally work on day shift as many of us in the PM one.
The people staying here are professional, quiet, respectful and non-smokers
I have an IT background and currently working fulltime as production manager in the PM shift which normally finish late at night. If you work day shift, you probably don’t see me much. My nephew are student and also working PM time
We need someone are clean, tidy, polite and respect others same as us to share the rooms
We are friendly and if you would like to enjoy the charcoal BBQ at weekend together we do it occasionally too
Normally 2 people will be sharing a fridge (currently have 2 and a extra freezer in the garage as well)
All bills are included in the rent with high speed NBN internet
Rent $250-$270/week for single and $320/week for two
Sorry we have problems with pets beforehand and please let me know if you have pets
