The house is on a large lot (1,105m2) which is fully fenced, and located at the end of a short cul-de-sac off a no-through road that runs down to East Creek (which links to various parks). It is also close to the Range shops, St Vincent's Hospital and the city centre.
The bedroom is located at the front of the house adjoining a lounge/dining area with reverse cycle air conditioning, TV etc. You’d pretty much have this space to yourself as it is currently only used occasionally. There is direct access to a north facing courtyard (which is a great place for coffee).
There is a double carport with a spare parking space for your vehicle.
My new house mate will have access to the common areas of the home:
- Two living areas (second living area has a wood heater);
- Dining room;
- Kitchen (range hood and well stocked with cooking paraphernalia); and
- Laundry (front loading washing machine and dryer).
[See House Plan in photos].
The house is connected to the NBN.
There is a large, untidy garden and potted herbs in the courtyard that you are free to use if you like to cook.

Hi. I am Wendy, 57 years old and currently establishing a home based business. I have previously worked as a classroom music teacher and a town planner.
I like a variety of music from classical to jazz and folk. I play the guitar and enjoy gardening, cooking, and reading. I am interested in urban design and architecture.
Daphne rents the third bedroom. She is an accountant (30 years old) and has a very cute little dog called Ari and a cat called Brooke.
I'm looking for a pet friendly, plant loving, non-smoking, not too noisy flatmate. Hoping to find someone who appreciates peace and tranquility.
