Rent includes general water usage, lawn mowing and external garden maintenance, and unlimited NBN internet. Electricity and excess water charges will be shared amongst tenants on a pro-rata basis. Stay comfortably in Toowoomba with a large bedroom containing inbuilt wardrobe, and a queen bed. Rooms all contain door lock for your security. The house is fully furnished with 2 fridge, stove, oven, dining table, 2 lounge set. There is a huge wide backyard and plenty of space both in and out. There is also an avocado tree at the back so feel free to have some when it is ripe :) Current tenants include 3 males working full time living harmoniously together. Approved applicant is to pay bond money of four weeks plus two weeks rent in advance. Rent must be paid in advance at all times. Bond will be lodge through RTA. Tenancy period is a minimum 2 months with longer periods of 6-12 months preferred. Anything under 3 months will incur additional costs. The unit is a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, two-storey unit with the two bedrooms and a shared bathroom upstairs available for rent. Upstairs there is also a spacious landing area and built in desk. My room is downstairs near the shared kitchen, dining, living area. There a second bathroom downstairs for guests also as well as a full laundry. The unit backs on to a park, so no yard maintenance, and it gets the morning sun which helps warm up the living area in these cooler months! There is an aircon in the lounge area and fans in the bedrooms upstairs. I have furnished the downstairs area with the basics so you will just need to furnish your bedroom, but feel free to bring other furniture if you wish! There are five units in the complex and the neighbours are very quiet and lovely. Both bedrooms are around the same size, and the shared bathroom is quite generous with a separate shower and bathtub. The cheaper room advertised is due to there only being two garage spaces and the third housemate having to park on the street- its a really safe neighbourhood and always street front parking available. Electricity and Gas bills are not included in the rent and I have fast, unlimited wifi available as well.
