Our property is perfect for individuals seeking a peaceful and immaculately clean environment to rest after a long day at work or studying. It is especially ideal for those working in shift rotations. We are keen to lease to mature students or professionals who share our values.

We are looking for tenants who are:
- Mature (preferably over 30), independent, quiet, and tidy
- Employed for at least 30 hours per week
- Employed persons (min. 30 hours p/w)
- Skilled migrants or self-funded business professionals
- Experienced in shared living and respectful of communal spaces
- Willing to participate in the house cleaning rotation

Our share house is NOT suitable for
- Couples or families with children
- Party-goers or heavy social visitors
- Those who host overnight guests (for security and privacy reasons)
- Individuals with difficulty respecting people of different backgrounds or genders

Cleaning responsibilities:
All tenants are required to participate in a weekly cleaning roster. This includes tasks such as cleaning the kitchen, wiping shared surfaces, vacuuming and mopping shared floors, and basic outdoor tidiness. A clear task list and rotation schedule are provided.

We are currently purchasing electric cleaning tools to make this process easier for everyone. These will be available at the house soon.

Rent and lease terms:
- $345 per week, fixed lease minimum 26 weeks
- Rent includes:
Reasonable electricity usage for common areas
Water
Wi-Fi internet
Rubbish bin liners
Cleaning products
Garden maintenance

- Air-conditioning usage is billed separately via individual room meters
- Bond: 4 weeks’ rent, lodged with the RTA
- 2 weeks’ rent payable in advance
- Standard tenancy agreement and house rules must be signed prior to move-in
