Hi, I'm Matt. Recently made the move back to my house in Toowoomba and looking for the right few people to make it a home. I’m 40, social, positive and super chill. I have a super friendly cat that loves meeting new people, work full time and when I’m not at work I’m usually on some new project in the house.

I'm very adaptable to what living arrangements work best for everyone. Have been in multiple sharehouses before and with the wonderful housemates that have joined so far we’re well on track to make this one an incredible space that everyone can feel comfortable using the whole house and enjoy living in.

Currently have one room available, Bedroom 3 as of 16/01
It’s a very large bedroom in a very large house. Furnished or unfurnished as needed. Loads of space, many separate areas throughout the house that can be set up in what makes you most comfortable. I take pride in my home and want anyone staying here to feel at home too.

You’ll be sharing a fully furnished, laid-back home with three easy-going housemates:

Me — a 40-year-old full-time worker who keeps things chill and low-key.

Female, 47, loads of fun, great energy, joy to be around and just as down-to-earth.

Male 24, one of these most considerate housemates I’ve had, makes friends with anyone, super nice guy

We’re not a party house, but we love catching up over a drink or sharing a meal together from time to time — looking for someone keen to join our little “family.”

The kind of housemate we’re looking for is someone who is mature, considerate, used to living in a sharehouse, loves animals, preferably older than 25, stable income, ideally longer term accommodation but open to discussion. Preferably Female to balance out the energy here.
