Features a huge 65" Samsung TV with multiple streaming services which you'd be welcome to use (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), a sunny balcony sprouting various herbs for your cooking, a beautiful upright Kawai digital piano if you're musically inclined, and various areas for storage including heaps of space in the garage. Plentiful street parking. Incredible location, minutes by walk to public transport (light rail, bus), 800m from Centennial Park where you can walk/jog/cycle/picnic to your heart’s content, 1.4km from UNSW, 2.7km from Prince of Wales Hospital, 15 mins by light rail to the CBD, next door to all the culinary delights of Randwick and Waterloo.
The room itself: 2.8m x 4.0m with large window with blinds.
Looking for a tidy housemate, ideally minimal large furniture as we have all the basics, happy to accommodate shorter stays if necessary. Sorry unable to accommodate couples.
