It's a very big apartment, 125sqm whereas many two bedroom apts are less than 100sqm. It's a great home for two, three or four people. If you can afford it, live there on your own like I do. You are never alone, because you are close to everything: transport including the airport, the city, the entertainment quarters, beaches and major sporting arenas. Out of your rent, I'll cover gas, electricity, strata fees, council rates and the internet. That'l leave you to meet the cost of your mobile devices, there is no landline or pay TV. But you can play your devices through the 50in plasma screen and 5 channel, superb surround sound system via high definition HDMI cable. And the Wi-Fi throughout the apartment is excellent.
