In all honesty this apartment is a dreamboat. It's located right across the road from the Moore Park centre, with East village shopping centre a 5 minute walk away, a gym directly over the road, a park a few minutes away (which is always filled with dogs, WHATTA DREAM AM I RIGHT?) and a billion coffee shops in close proximity.
