It's very quiet but less than a 5 minute walk to Anzac Parade for direct buses into the CBD/Central Station. In the other direction, UNSW is 5 minutes down the road. We are walking distance to East Village shopping complex and the Alexandria Supa Centre. The room is large, fully furnished and has a very nice feel to it. It is at the far end of my apartment, away from the hustle and bustle of the lounge-room! Close walk to buses, train, cafes, gym and 2 blocks to East Village shopping centre, Zetland. Walk to train and get to central in less than 20 mins, this is a super convenient location. Apartment has balcony, wi-fi, a pool table, 2 cats, and share with a quiet couple. Balcony has a bar fridge and WeberQ. Apartment has NBN and Foxtel. Can be fully unfurnished, or partly furnished. There is currently a sofa bed (2 seater) with a single mattress, and bedsides, plus a large glass top desk and chair if you wish to use them, also a tv cabinet that matches the bedsides, otherwise it can be a fully unfurnished room - we don't mind either way. Room has double tall builtins and it's a large room. It feels spacious with extra high ceilings. Your own bathroom is spacious with a full bath / shower and cool design. You will be paying less than half the rent on this place (we are paying way more), so it's a good deal!
