Hi everyone, a few private rooms in our share house at Kingsford are available. We’re open for SHORT TERM LEASE. The house is literally a skip and a hop from UNSW. The entrance to the university is right across the road from the property.
The house is also a walking distance to restaurants, groceries, public transportations such as: trams around Kingsford and Randwick, and buses at Anzac Parade, Barker St and Belmore road.
The room is fully furnished with all the necessities of a single bed, wardrobe, study desk, chair and book shelf. Cleaner is coming in once a week.
