Large room with AIR-CONDITIONING! Queen-size bed, wardrobe, tall-boy drawers, bed-side table, fan available, and lovely balcony.
It’s a fantastic house and everyone comments on how it is very spacious - so there is plenty of room to spread out and have personal space, but a great lounge room and dining area for hanging out together too.
Fully equipped kitchen and the house is fully furnished.
The house has a fantastic back courtyard and BBQ for outdoor living and entertaining. We also have a locked front courtyard/patio with outdoor table - a great area for securely parking bikes etc.
The bathroom is shared but there is a second shower and toilet downstairs as well so we don't get stuck waiting for the bathroom.
We are super close to the University of NSW, numerous Gyms, Centennial Parklands and the Entertainment Quarter. Light rail and buses less than 1min walk from front gate! There is an abundance of public transport to and from the City, and to Bondi Junction and the eastern suburbs and beaches.
Ideally would prefer longer term stay but will consider shorter term stay if we meet and get along. So please contact if you are interested in seeing our room.
Must contribute to house cleaning duties!

Hi my name is Cindy. I am a freelance musician and full-time music teacher. I enjoy cooking good food and a nice glass of wine, Netflix and chilling on the couch, I love dancing and I like to go to the gym and keep fit and healthy. The other housemates are full-time working professionals & students.
We are not a party house but like to entertain a few friends every now and then and a casual BBQ when the weather is nice. If you’re feeling the need for celebrating we prefer the partying stays out at the pub.
