Hi there! I have a room available in a super nice and modern 2 bedroom apartment in Kensington and am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
The Place!
The place is in a great location being only a short walk away to the light rail and Centennial Park, and within 20 minutes or less of Coogee, the City, Newtown or Maroubra by bus, car, light rail or bike.
Inside the apartment has a modern kitchen, dishwasher, balcony and air-conditioning for those hot summer days. It also features a pool which makes it pretty much the perfect summer hangout. In the process of fully furnishing the common areas with a great couch for the living area, which will be all set up and ready to go by your move in date. Bonus storage/hobby space available in the garage that's perfect for bikes, surfboards or gear, plus plenty of street parking nearby.
The Room!
The room is $445 a week (not including bills - electricity/internet) and has a lovely leafy east facing aspect. It is quite spacious at 3.5 x 3.2m and even has an overhead ceiling fan. I’ve also left an optional wardrobe and drawers in there but happy for you to replace these if its not your style.

About the flatmates
I'm Dominic, 31 (he/him) and work as a city planner, working from the office 2-3 days a week. Outside of work I love being outdoors whether its hiking, running, riding or heading to the beach. I also dabble in photography in my spare time. I really enjoy a good chat, walk or swim after work, but I definitely appreciate my downtime too. I can also be found embarking on some slightly crazy outdoor adventures on the odd weekend :)
About YOU!
Looking for someone who is in a similar stage of life, full time job (works from the office a few days a week) and is of course up for the occasional yarn. I love to keep a clean and tidy home, so someone who also appreciates this would be a great fit. It’s definitely not a party house, but rather a place for low key hangs with friends from time to time. Ideally looking for someone longterm who is open to joining the lease at some stage down the line.
No couples, no pets, no smoking.
