Hi, future housemate! We have a room available in our home in Kensington—a vibrant, university-oriented suburb nestled between the nightlife of Randwick and the foodie paradise of Kingsford.

The Location:

Convenience: Easy access to a vast array of eateries, groceries, and pubs.

Lifestyle: Moments away from the race track, local parks, tennis courts, health clubs, and swimming pools.

Transport: Excellent access to the tram network and bus routes.

The Ideal Housemate: We are looking for a clean, tidy non-smoker who is respectful of boundaries and has a good vibe. Since some of us work graveyard shifts, we need someone who is mindful of noise after hours.

Duration: Looking for a semester-long or long-term stay.

Atmosphere: This is strictly not a party house (despite what some old photos might suggest!).

The Details: Due to the current rental market slowdown, rates have been temporarily lowered. We are prioritizing candidates who can inspect the property in person ASAP.
