Hi, future housemate!

We have a room (or two) available in our humble Kensington abode. We are perfectly positioned in a bustling, university-oriented suburb, neighbouring the sophisticated nightlife of Randwick and the foodie paradise of Kingsford.

The Location: You’ll have easy access to everything: eateries, groceries, pubs, the racecourse, local parks, tennis courts, health clubs, and the tram/public transport network.

The Rooms:

Long-term: if we are looking for someone to stay at least a semester or semi-long term.

Short-term: if currently available for a temporary short stay (guest room).

About You: We’re looking for a clean and tidy (super important!) non-smoker with a good vibe who respects boundaries. Since some of us work graveyard shifts, we need a home that is quiet after hours. Strictly not a party house.
