The location is super convenient—close to UNSW, East Village Shopping Centre, Coles, Moore Park, and several hospitals.
The house is spacious and well-maintained, with a big kitchen, dining area, and a lovely front and backyard. It’s a relaxing and comfortable place to live.
Just a heads-up: we like to keep things calm and respectful here, so no visitors or guests are allowed, to ensure everyone’s privacy and safety.
- Rent for private room: $550 per week.
(All bills included: electricity, water, gas, and internet. Rent may be slightly higher for couples.)
