About the property
I’ve furnished the entire flat myself, so I’m looking for someone who will genuinely respect the space. A 75-inch TV is on the way, so the living area will be super chill. The apartment has both a bath and shower, plus a large balcony with a BBQ, which is a huge bonus.
Morning sun comes through the shutter blinds, giving the place a great natural feel. It’s a quiet, residential building and area overall, yet only 10 minutes from Coogee or Maroubra Beach and the CBD.
There are excellent local transport links, with the light rail just a 5-minute walk away. Local shops are close by, and I also drive, so doing a weekly shop is easy.
