It is nicely decorated. It has a gorgeous sun-drenched back deck area.
There is a bright light-filled casual eating /reading area with lovely booth seat for reading or sitting off your room.
Combined brand new bathroom /laundry (only shared between two). Cute period-style kitchen with small separate courtyard. Front of house is inaccessible (ie. not to be accessed by housemate). Access areas include kitchen, bath/laundry and full back end of house and deck.
The home is a 3-5 minute short walk to many shops, IGA, cafes, medical centres, cinema, restaurants. Buses and light rail almost at doorstep. Petersham rail station is 15-20 min walk. Home is within 7km of CBD and 3.5 to 4km to Sydney Uni & UTS.
