We live in a cosy little terrace house on the leafy boulevard that is James Street. It is a mere 100 metres from Beaumont Street which is really handy. With cuisine ranging from the exotic (Cappadocia Kebabs) to the spicy (Raj's corner) to the Australian staple schnitty and chips (The Greenroof). So many tasty choices. You'll never save money again! Centrally located we're about 10 mins drive from the beach in one direction and just 15 mins from the uni in the other. If you're really adventurous Hamilton train station is just 10 minutes walk away. 5 minutes if you power walk. Our lease ends in February next year so we'd need someone until then. Can potentially renew the lease for next year as well if thats the way it goes :) Now all that's left is to come have a gander.
Hi everyone! My place is central to everywhere. It is close to both bus stops and train stations, there are shops a 5 min walk away and it is only 10 mins into town. it has a fully enclosed yard and it is not on a main road so it's pretty quiet most of the time. There is NBN, Wifi and Netflix, A/C, Gas cooking and a shower and bath. Heaps of storage space and 2 rooms available. the smaller, has built in robe the larger doesn't but both fit a queen bed. The atmosphere here is really good and i know all the neighbors quite well. There is no judgement in this house, what you do with your life is your choice and as long as you help keep the place clean and tidy, you pay your rent and bills on time and don't bring drugs and bad stuff along then you'll get along here really well and enjoy the freedom the place offers.
