We are looking for a like minded person to join our stunning home for a long term stay from now.
We are located right next to the train station, foodworks on the corner and a walk to honeysuckle, cafes/restaurants and fun pubs.
The house is big and spacious and has just been freshly painted. There’s a large communal kitchen area, loungeroom, bathroom/laundry and outdoor courtyard area.
Up for grabs is:
- A king size room on the top floor of the house. The room features your own space in the house, has fresh carpet & hand made wooden shelves.
Also on top floor- Spare room/study
Rent $320/week
Bond $1200
Available 18th Feb
All bills split equally.
No signing of lease required, just the bond.
On street parking - can provide permit at an extra cost.

About the flatmates
Hi, I’m Claire and I live in a cute little house in a central spot in Wickham.
You will be living with:
Myself 32yo female- I work full time Mon-Fri. I enjoy cooking up a storm, going out with my mates and kicking back on the weekends. I’m pretty relaxed and enjoy my own time and space but also love a warm, homey environment with people I can have a giggle with every now and then.
Peter 25yo male - works FIFO full time, not home very often.
Chilled, genuine, tidy guy. When he is home, always up for a drink and a chat but also keeps busy at the beach, gym and out with mates.
Qyto 28yo female - works at the uni djs at fun events on the side and cooks a tasty curry. Qyto has a busy social calendar but also enjoys her down time chilling at home.
We all work full time and enjoy a social meal or drink together. We are clean, respectful and tidy. We take pride in our gorgeous home and are looking for someone who will fit in nicely.
