Cleaning is shared and done regularly I have an awesome little dog (dachshund), so it would be preferred if you liked animals :-) He spends his time inside and outside of the house. He's very loveable and enjoys cuddles. The yard isn't big enough to take on any other animals, sorry! Rent is $200/week. Wifi is an extra $20/month and all other bills are split.
