The apartment is on the 8th floor overlooking Honeysuckle with water views. Super-close to bars, restaurants and shops. It is a three bedroom apartment however there will only be one other housemate so there is a spare room for guests when they come to stay. You will have your own bathroom (not ensuite). This flat is right in the heart of Darby st, with a monster outdoor area. Room has an inbuilt wardrobe with mirrored doors. Everything you need is in walking distance. There's only myself in the flat (30 year old male) I work full time, keep the place tidy and rarely get ruffled by anything. The room is suitable for a single or 3/4 bed and has built-ins. It measures 240 x 350 except where the built-in wardrobe cuts in. The house is fully furnished except for the bedroom. I am mostly absent during the week as I work in Sydney, but my flatmate is there. The place would be suitable for students or people working. We keep a clean and orderly place. My children might come over to watch a movie and have dinner once a week and on weekends but they are fun and respectful of the space. Your flatmates are from Peru and Canada respectfully.
