Hi everyone! I have 2 rooms available in Hamilton. The house is located a short walk from Beaumont st, Hamilton station, cafes, pubs etc. The rooms are both a decent size that can easily fit a queen bed. One room has a small sized wardrobe and room for a chest of drawers. The other room has a built in wardrobe. I'm 27yo, work full time and enjoy quiet nights through the week but also like to be social and have a few drinks on the weekend. Cleaning is shared and done on a regular basis. I have a dog (dachshund) so it would be better if you liked animals :-) He spends time both inside and outside of the house but is very clean! He's very loveable and enjoys cuddles. The yard isn't big enough to take on any other animals, sorry! Rent is $190/week. Wifi is an extra $20/month and all other bills are split.
