Unfurnished & smaller bedroom of the three. It has a large double windows and a single door built-in closet. Comfortably fits a double bed, desk and a free standing storage. Dimensions and photos incoming.
About the unit:
3 bedroom unit spilt between two levels with stairs to front door and internally between levels. Bottom level has kitchen, toilet, dining, air-con, living room with balcony. Top level has the bedrooms, internal laundry, bathroom with shower and bath.
There's 2 hour on-street parking on our block, but eligible to apply for a permit with the council or theres free/untimed parking a couple of blocks away. We are also only a 7 minute walk to Newcastle interchange which is a hub for trains, buses, trams and 15 minute walk to Markettown.
All bills are spilt equally such as water and electricity quarterly. Internet is $22 per month.

We are ideally looking for someone who has part or full time work who is friendly, considerate, and committed to keeping the home clean and tidy. We aren't a party house and unable to consider smokers or pets.
