The apartment is located on Hunter Street, just a 2-minute walk to the train station and around 5 minutes to Honeysuckle. There’s also a bus stop right across the road, so getting around is super easy.
The building is new and the apartment is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup — you’d have your own private bathroom, which includes a bath. The apartment is fully furnished and the living area is really spacious.
There’s a large balcony that’s perfect for summer dinners and drinks. I also have a solarium that you’re more than welcome to use.
I don’t drive, so the car park would be all yours.
The rooftop is a big bonus — it has a BBQ and 360-degree views of Newcastle, including the beach and amazing sunsets. It’s a great spot to relax or have BBQs with friends.
The ideal flatmate:
I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and easygoing — ideally working full-time and happy with a calm but social home. Someone who’s comfortable doing their own thing but also up for a chat, shared meals or the occasional hang-out would be perfect. Clean, considerate, and happy living with a cat is a must. I don’t mind if you have a partner, but ideally they wouldn’t be over all the time as the apartment is on the cosier side.

A bit about me: I’m 27 and manage a gym, so I enjoy an active lifestyle. I usually get home from work around 8:30–9pm and tend to wind down in my room and head to bed, so weeknights are pretty quiet.
On weekends I love heading to the beach. I also have a Persian cat, Lou — she’s very affectionate and loves people.
I’m easygoing and respectful of space, so I’m totally fine if you prefer to keep to yourself, but also happy to chat or hang out when it suits.
