Our balcony looks over Honeysuckle and is a prime spot for grabbing a beer and watching the sunset. The flat is fully furnished (except for your room) and has a newly fitted air conditioner. The room has a massive built in and can easily fit a queen bed and any other furniture you need. You'll be sharing a bathroom with just one of the other girls. Sadly our 3rd housemate is moving interstate and leaving behind a huge room with a balcony and attic for storage. The house is located just off Darby near plenty of cafes and restaurants. Only a short walk to Bar Beach and down the road from the Ori. Prefer someone who works full time and looking to be part of a home not just a room in a house. We have a worm farm, cute backyard with a small car spot and also get a cleaner every fortnight, $20 each.
