We live in a cosy little terrace house on the leafy boulevard that is James Street. It is a mere 100 metres from Beaumont Street which is really handy. With cuisine ranging from the exotic (Cappadocia Kebabs) to the spicy (Raj's corner) to the Australian staple schnitty and chips (The Greenroof). So many tasty choices. You'll never save money again! Centrally located we're about 10 mins drive from the beach in one direction and just 15 mins from the uni in the other. If you're really adventurous Hamilton train station is just 10 minutes walk away. 5 minutes if you power walk. Our lease ends in February next year so we'd need someone until then.
