Both rooms have built in wardrobes with great airflow from the daily sea breezes, both rooms will comfortably fit a queen-sized bed.
Decent sized kitchen, oven and stovetop work well, have all the regular kitchen accessories.
Dining room has reverse cycle AC which cools down the lounge room easily as well as the bedrooms over time.
2 Weeks rent and 2 weeks bond required to secure a room.
Plenty of room in dining area if you have something suitable.

About the flatmates
Would be sharing with a easy going straight 45yo self-employed male who likes to fish, Golf, a bit of a punt and have a few beers when time permits as well as a 20yo uni student.
Will be sharing the place with my 2 furry overlords who will demand to be petted and worshipped, so if you don't like cats, please don't enquire :).
Nice to share a few bevies over on the balcony but also respect your own space.
Want a drama free household where everyone gets along and contributes to household choirs and requirements when needed eg dishwashing tablets
