We're very well located in Hamilton East, a 10 minute walk to the Newcastle Interchange, 5 minute walk to Market town shopping centre and 5 minute drive to Bar Beach.
Our home has 2 bathrooms, a large living area, decent kitchen, ducted air conditioning, 2 refrigerators, a washing machine, a decent deck and backyard area, driveway and a garage that we currently use mostly as storage.
The room for rent is the biggest in the house, measuring 4.3m x 3.6m. There is plenty of room for any sized bed, bed side tables and other things you may have. Beautiful stained glass windows and a huge double sized wardrobe too! (Very jealous!)
Rent is paid weekly and is $300
**Our rent is due to go up in late Feb, so everyone’s rent will increase by $10 per week.
New tenants will need to be approved by real estate and added to the lease.
Move in date will be around 8th Feb but this may be somewhat flexible.
Utilities ( internet, water, electricity, gas) are all shared between.
Our flatmate moving out is taking their fridge, coffee machine, air fryer and microwave, so if you come with any of these or other appealing appliances, this would be a bonus!
Parking is on the street or down our driveway :))
Our yard is NOT fenced in so unfortunately, not suitable for pets.

We're looking for a new flatmate to share our humble abode!
The household is currently three friendly gals (24-28 yrs old). We’re all very chilled and like to keep active when we’re not at work, or sometimes just hang out at home, baking, watching Netflix, etc. Nice when we’re all home to share a meal or a show but value that we all need down time sometimes too. So hoping to find someone who aligns with this and is keen to be a part of the house fam!
