I do have a cat so this potential person can't be allergic to cats. But I maintain that I keep the house as fur-free as possible with regular cleaning. She's outside most of the day and inside at night time, but she thinks she's a dog so if you're more of a dog person this should be well suited for you without the cleaning or attention required. This person/s should have a reliable rental history, stable employment and the ability to be flexible. Although a sense of humour is preferable but a bonus. This home is probably more suited to a creative personality, I would like to live with someone that is clean, as I don't want to remind someone it's their turn to clean nor do I want to be cleaning up after someone else.
