We're in a great location close to town and beaches, and although the house is situated on a main road we have access to a side street through a back entry so parking is never an issue.

The house is located a short walk from Beaumont st, Hamilton station, cafes, pubs etc. The room is a decent size that can easily fit a queen bed and chest of drawers. It has a small wardrobe also. We are 2 females in our mid twenties who both work full time and enjoy quieter nights through the week but also like to be social and have a few drinks on the weekend! Cleaning is shared and done regularly I have an awesome little dog (dachshund), so it would be preferred if you liked animals :-) He spends his time inside and outside of the house. He's very loveable and enjoys cuddles. The yard isn't big enough to take on any other animals, sorry! Rent is $200/week. Wifi is an extra $20/month and all other bills are split.
