Hey all! I just moved into this property, thus everything is not fully set up yet! I am looking for a working professional/s to move in with me! Here is what's on offer:
- Main bedroom: Large front room (3.7m x 3.7m) with a full built-in wardrobe ($360p.w) (Unfurnished)
- (For Extra) Third bedroom (private): 3.0m x 2.9m, ideal as a home office or storage (+$40p.w or a total of $400 total p.w) (Unfurnished)
As for shared spaces, the house has a shed, a large bathroom, outdoor workshop, large courtyard, spacious kitchen, dining room, back lounge, BBQ, 2 toilets as well. TV, kitchen appliances, all shared as well.
Located in the heart of The Junction, walkable distance to shops, 1km to Bar Beach, Aldi, Marketown, 200m to soccer fields, 100m to coles / pubs, grilld, dominoes etc.
Who I’m Looking For
Working professional or professional couple. Ideally one other person, but couples are considered.
Someone who respects the household, keeping a space clean is a priority, and is easy going.
WFH is absolutely fine.
Rent is $360 p.w for just front room (not including utilities, without office) $400 for front room + private room/office. (Not including utilities)
Utilities are Gas, Electricity, and WiFi. Split equally, unless you take 50min showers etc, then we can have a chat.

About the flatmates
I’m Banjo, 23, working full time as a financial associate in the Newcastle CBD. I’m easygoing and respectful, and I’m looking to live with other working professionals who want a calm, comfortable place to come home to.
I’m clean and tidy by nature, I clean as I cook, and keeping shared spaces like the kitchen and bathrooms organised is important to me. Outside of work I’m a mix of nerdy and sporty: gym, sport, reading (fiction & non-fiction), TV shows, music, and the occasional D&D session with friends. I’m not a big drinker or party-house person, but love a potluck.
I’m flexible with how social the household is, happy to live with someone/s who mostly keeps to themselves or who enjoys shared dinners and a chat. Mutual respect and keeping the place clean and tidy are the main things that matter to me.
