The place is right on the Throsby Creek walking loop. heaps of nice lookouts and only a short stroll to cafés and pubs. It’s a super quiet neighbourhood and one of the nicest pockets of Newy, but still only a 3 minutes drive to the CBD.

It’s a three-bedroom house with a study and a storage room. I use the master with the ensuite. You’ll be sharing a decent sized bathroom (with a bathtub) with one other housemate.

The kitchen’s big, open, and properly kitted out. six burner gas cooktop and all the usual gear. Large living room, and a backyard with a deck that’s perfect for a BBQ or just chilling. Off-street parking.

The room is medium size, has a built-in wardrobe and a king single bed.

Occasional visitors are fine as long as we coordinate.

Two of us live here. both full time workers in our late 30s and early 40s with opposite shifts, so most of the time either no one’s home or only one of us is around. We keep the place clean and tidy and share responsibilities fairly. If that sounds like your vibe, shoot me a message.
