Great little two bedroom apartment in the city close to the harbour, beaches, pubs, clubs and transport. The apartment is tri/split level with the kitchen, lounge and dining on the middle level and bedrooms down the bottom. There's a balcony off the lounge room with nice harbour views. The room itself is pretty big and comes with its own ensuite and balcony. The apartment is conveniently across the road from the new Newcastle Interchange and backs onto Hunter St. I own a washer and dryer but may lose the furniture so if you own anything that would be great! The room would suit a full-time worker. The previous housemate worked shift work and that worked fine as I work business hours Monday to Friday.
