The property is an apartment block in wickham right next to the newcastle interchange making the commute into town, university and sydney a breeze. We are super close to parks and cycle paths. 5 minute walk to Beaumont street and Hamilton Station. 10 minute walk to the grocers (or 3 minute drive) There is space down the side of the house for parking (although we may have to play car shuffels sometimes) or there is plenty of on-street parking. The house has 3 bedrooms but ideally want to only rent 1 room out to a single ($200) or a couple ($250). you can have your pick of the two rooms. Both fairly big but no furnishings.
