Hi! I’m looking for a female housemate in their mid 20’s-30 to share my home in Tighes Hill.

The room is spacious and unfurnished, with your own private bathroom. There’s also a third bedroom currently set up as a guest room, plus a large sunroom that’s ideal for hobbies, creative projects, or a work-from-home setup. I’m open to the possibility of welcoming a third housemate in the future to fill the spare bedroom.

Out the back, there’s a double garage that’s mostly empty and available for extra storage if needed.

I’m also currently caring for a 12-year-old Groodle until the end of the year. He’s hypoallergenic, very calm, and spends most of his time snoozing — a total sweetheart who loves a cuddle.

I like to keep the house clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a regular clean on Sundays (fortnightly rotation) and I’m looking for someone who takes similar pride in their living space and is respectful of shared areas.

I’m currently out of lease and looking for someone to enter into a 12-month lease with me to provide stability and reduce the risk of rent increases.

The house is fully furnished except for your bedroom. If you happen to have a fridge (I currently have one but would like to upsize) and/or a washing machine, that would be a bonus — but absolutely not essential. There’s also space throughout the house for additional storage or cabinets.
