The room available has a window, ceiling fan and space for a queen bed, side table and a chest of drawers/clothes rack.

hello! i'm laura. myself and my roommate taryn are looking for someone to fill a room because our beloved Ramya is moving out.
a bit about me:
- i'm 28, from newcastle
- i work 3-4 days a week in out of home care, and i walk dogs and pet sit.
- when spending time at home i love a bit of telly, a few drinks, reading, or, to be perfectly honest, napping.
- of a weekend i'm usually out and about with friends, at the pub, going to gigs/local events
- would be great to live with kind, easy-going people. i'd be keen to get to know my house mates, but i also appreciate time on my own.
- being self-accountable when it comes to keeping the house tidy, clean and stocked of common-use items is important
- i'm around for a chat/giggle but certainly respect personal boundaries and everyone's differing social battery.
