1km walk to Bar Beach and Merewether Beach, short walk to Coles, Aldi and Market Town with Woolworths and BigW. Close to Darby Street and pretty much everything.
University city campus walking distance and bus stop on Union St extremely close.
Clean tidy older style home, very relaxed, with an easy going beach feel, has a nice big back yard and veggie garden. Fully furnished house with a comfy couch and Netflix, Stan, and Disney+ on the TV. I have lived here for over 10 years and the location is spot on to enjoy everything Newcastle has to offer!
$300 all inclusive of bills and unlimited fast speed internet, furnished bedroom, contribution with shared household duties is expected. Or $350 with no household duties.

About the flatmates
I am a young at heart 40 something female Graphic Designer/Photographer and paddleboarding Instructor, I love keeping fit and healthy, spend loads of time at the beach or on the lake, or playing boardgames and reading, plus little online gaming to break it up. Love Sunday Farmers market, and cheese and a wine on the front porch.

Have shared my home on and off now for the past 14 years, ranging from mature age to just out of home teenagers. I have stayed friends with most of the people that have lived here over the years and enjoy hearing and seeing them travel the world, buy their own homes and having a fabulous time with life =)
