It’s is all kept very clean. The surrounding park is also very well maintained. Parking is always available. Public transport to the city is easy via express ferry. The apartment is 10 min walk from its own ferry stop. Every 30 min is a ferry to Circular Quay (harbor bridge and opera house) and Darling Harbour. If you have a car, the city is just a 20 min drive. Other things I love is the very well maintained apartment complex and surroundings. It is a very safe area. The apartment is very clean, spacious for a two bedroom place and it has a huge balcony.
