There is plenty of parking on the street. The apartment has a garage which I use for storage. If you have a small amount of items we can create a space for you in it. The building is well looked after, nice neighbours, with a swimming pool in the communal gardens. Electricity, internet, access to cable tv and Netflix are included in the rent. There is no home phone. Note that any movies rented on Optus Fetch will be charged separately to the tenant. Bus to the city is 3 minutes walk - it's a 20-30 minute ride to the city depending on traffic. You can also walk to the ferry terminal at Chiswick (15 minutes) and get the Parramatta Rivercat to Circular Quay or Barangaroo (35 mins). This is a quiet apartment with a peaceful outlook, it's a great place to relax after a heavy day at work! There are plenty of local cafes, restaurants of all types, and supermarkets are within easy reach. I use Five Dock, Abbotsford and Drummoyne for shopping and eating. The available room is spacious and opens up onto the expansive backyard which makes it feel even bigger. It also comes with a built in wardrobe. Kitchen cookware and appliances are available to use but you are welcome to add to the collection. The additional benefits of the apartment complex that we live in is the resort facilities including tennis courts, pool and gym. The complex is also surrounded by parkland and bush walks. We are in a great location with a bus stop out the front, express to the city and not far from the Huntlys Point ferry.
