This apartment is fabulous. I rented in this block many years ago before buying this very unit I want to buy when I was renting 16 years earlier. It has water views from every window and is right on the water front with an inground pool. The other residents are fiendly and caring. I'm in adelaide a lot of the time so I need someone who will take care of the property for me. It's is fully furnished so all you need is your suitcase. If interested please let me know. This house is close to shops and cafes - 5min walk to Majors Bay Rd Concord, buses (out front) to Burwood train station and City. A big back yard with 3 ducks, birds (magpies and lorikeets) and possums in cages and aviaries. Very suburban with lots of good parks and walks.
