The first comment made whether anyone walks in our top floor apartment which if we were posh we'd call a "Penthouse" (well it does strictly speaking qualify because it takes up the whole top 3nd floor), is "wow" because it is massive and has brilliant views of Harbour Bridge and the Harbour. Looking straight out to Spectacle and Cockatoo Island.
Fully furnished, including smart TV, . big kitchen, 3 fridges, microwave, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils you could want, washing machine (in separate utility room), a big balcony overlooking the harbour so we have had some great NYE part view of the fireworks!
The bedroom comes with a base for a queen sized mattress and if you wish Kat who is moving back to Cyprus will sell you her queen size mattress, built in wardrobe, own bathroom . Usually little problem in finding parking in the street and its not time limited parking .
The other big plus is the Drummoyne Ferry Wharf is literally a 3 minute walk at the end of the street, 14 mins rush hour journey to Barangaroo, 18 mins to McMahons Point (which is what I do each morning) or 5 mins up the hill to Victoria Road gets you to regular buses to the city and beyond. Literally a 10 minute walk along the foreshore to Birkenhead Point shopping centre and the "Bay Run' or Drummoyne swimming pool.
Just to re-iterate that this room IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR A COUPLE, FEMALE ONLY single peps please! :-)

Laura- is a relatively new arrival, a close friend of our Kat who after 2 years here is moving back to Cyprus😭, originally from England Laura just moved to Sydney after 5 years in Wellington (NZ) . she is barista extraordinaire (works Surrey Hills).
Jonathan(the long term leaseholder here) - AKA Jono, working in the AV-VC industry, doing normal exaggerated Sydney working hours - life balance is up the creek a bit. I like to catch up with friends in Balmain, hop to and fro to the CBD on the ferry (only literally 17 minutes door to door to Barangaroo!) or maybe even further afield at the weekend.
As with a lot of people both Laura and I can be at times gregarious and are generally sociable then other times enjoy quieter moments and with the apartment being so big it allows you to keep your own company if you wish (there is an hourly bus service from end to the other😉), sometimes it is just nice to sit on the balcony taking in the view.
To be honest we are both pretty quiet especially during the week so if you’re looking for a party house you’d better pass us by!
